Role Overview
We're seeking a Marketing & Branding Manager who will build and execute our entire marketing strategy using AI-Native principles. This is not a traditional marketing role—you'll be designing marketing operations that leverage AI automation, conversational interfaces, and intelligent systems from the ground up.
You'll be marketing cutting-edge space manufacturing technology to highly technical B2B audiences including space agencies, aerospace contractors, and resource extraction companies, using AI tools and strategies that match our rapid development velocity.

What You'll Do
AI-Native Marketing Operations (40%)
- Design and implement AI-automated marketing funnels from lead generation through customer success
- Create conversational marketing experiences that match our product's AI-first interfaces
- Deploy AI-powered content generation for all marketing channels with daily iteration capability
- Build automated lead scoring and nurturing systems using AI tools and platforms
- Establish real-time campaign optimization through AI analytics and performance monitoring
Technical B2B Marketing (30%)
- Develop messaging and positioning for complex space manufacturing technology to technical audiences
- Create educational content that builds trust in autonomous AI-powered manufacturing systems
- Design segment-specific campaigns for space agencies, aerospace contractors, and mining companies
- Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for different buyer personas
- Build thought leadership presence in space technology and AI-Native business communities
Brand Strategy & Market Intelligence (20%)
- Establish JNRL.SPACE brand as the leader in AI-Native space manufacturing
- Use AI tools for competitive intelligence and real-time market analysis
- Develop brand guidelines that reflect our AI-first, space-focused identity
- Create brand narratives that communicate our unique position at the intersection of AI and space technology
- Monitor and respond to industry trends using AI-powered market intelligence tools
Growth & Network Effects (10%)
- Design marketing strategies that leverage our AI systems' network effects
- Create community engagement programs that improve our AI capabilities as user base grows
- Develop partnership marketing initiatives with aerospace and AI industry players
- Build measurement frameworks to demonstrate AI-driven marketing ROI and unit economics
Required Qualifications
AI-Native Marketing Expertise
- 3+ years experience designing and implementing AI-automated marketing operations
- Hands-on proficiency with AI marketing tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai, and similar platforms
- Demonstrated ability to create marketing funnels that operate with minimal human intervention
- Experience with conversational marketing and AI-powered customer interaction design
- Track record of achieving superior unit economics through AI automation (CAC reduction, LTV improvement)
Technical B2B Marketing Experience
- 4+ years B2B marketing experience in complex technical industries (aerospace, manufacturing, enterprise software, or similar)
- Proven success marketing to highly technical audiences including engineers, scientists, and technical decision-makers
- Experience with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholder decision processes
- Portfolio of technical content creation including whitepapers, case studies, technical demos, and educational materials
AI Tool Proficiency (Will be tested in interview)
- Content Generation: ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai for creating marketing materials
- Research & Analysis: AI-powered competitive intelligence and market research tools
- Design & Visual: Midjourney, DALL-E, or similar AI design tools
- Marketing Automation: AI-enhanced platforms for email, social media, and campaign management
- Analytics: AI-powered analytics tools for performance optimization and prediction
